Xtratherm is a brand of insulation products that are made from polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam. PIR insulation is known for its high thermal performance and low thermal conductivity. Unilin insulation products are commonly used in the construction industry for insulation in roofs, walls, and floors. They are suitable for both new build and retrofit projects, and have been tested and certified to meet various industry standards such as BBA, IAB, CE, and ISO. They also have a high fire resistance rating and can be used safely in buildings.

Xtratherm Thin-R range is a high performance foil faced Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation with a certified thermal conductivity as Low as 0.022 W/mK. Thin-R is also available with engineered jointing to provide improved continuity and thermal bridging performance.
