The 125mm Isover RD Party Wall Roll is a glass mineral wool product designed to reduce sound transmission across masonry cavity separating (party) walls and to minimize air movement within the cavity wall, enhancing thermal performance. When integrated into Robust Detail separating wall constructions E-WM-17, E-WM-20, and E-WM-24, it eliminates the need for expensive pre-completion sound testing and can exceed the acoustic insulation performance requirements outlined in Building Regulations Approved Document E (England & Wales) by +5dB. The 125mm Isover RD Party Roll insulation rolls are pre-cut into 2 x 455mm sections to fit standard wall tie spacing.
