126mm Recticel Plylok PIR Warm Flat Roof Insulation Board is an innovative 3-in-1 insulation solution designed for warm flat roof constructions in both new build and refurbishment projects across the UK. The board combines roof decking, vapour control layer, and high-performance PIR insulation in a single product, helping to simplify installation and improve build efficiency.

This insulation board is suitable for use under traditional bituminous waterproofing systems and single-ply roofing membranes, making it a versatile choice for modern flat roof designs.

Recticel Plylok boards measure 2400mm x 1200mm and feature a polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam insulation core with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, delivering excellent thermal performance and helping buildings meet UK Building Regulations for energy efficiency.

Both sides of the PIR insulation core are faced with low-emissivity aluminium foil, while the top layer is bonded to 6mm structural plywood, creating a strong, stable surface ready for waterproofing installation.

Recticel Plylok insulation supports long-term energy savings, reduces CO₂ emissions, and is manufactured using zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) blowing agents with low global warming potential (GWP).
