50mm Ravatherm XPS X 700 SL is designed for use in load-bearing industrial floors, base slabs, and high-load rooftop car parks. It offers a declared thermal conductivity of 0.031 W/m·K, combined with low water absorption (0.7%) in accordance with EN 12087. The product has a global warming potential (GWP) of less than 5.

50mm Ravatherm XPS X 700 SL is available in 50 mm, 75 mm, and 100 mm thicknesses.

It provides a compressive strength of 700 kPa (EN 826) and a compressive creep resistance of 250 kPa, corresponding to 2% deformation after 50 years in accordance with EN 1606.

The 50mm XPS 700 insulation boards are available in thicknesses from 50 mm to 200 mm, making them suitable for a wide range of commercial and residential flat roofing applications, including new builds and refurbishment
