62.5mm Ultra Liner Insulated Plasterboard

62.5mm Ultra Liner Insulated Plasterboard is a high-performance PIR insulation board bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard, designed for use on walls, ceilings and pitched roofs. This insulated plasterboard provides thermal insulation and drylining in a single installation, making it suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects.

The PIR insulation core delivers a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, helping to improve U-values and overall energy efficiency in many wall and roof constructions.

The rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core is faced with kraft foil paper, allowing the board to be installed using drywall adhesive or mechanical fixings. This flexible installation method makes it suitable for a wide range of internal wall and roof applications.

62.5mm Ultra Liner insulated plasterboards help reduce heat loss in buildings, improving thermal performance and supporting energy-efficient construction.

Both sides of the laminated board feature composite kraft foil facings with an integral vapour control layer, which helps reduce the risk of condensation while improving the thermal efficiency of the system.

Ultra Liner boards can be used as an alternative to Sopratherm PL4000, Quinn Therm Laminate, XT/TL Thermal Liner, Gyproc Thermaline and Knauf Laminates.

The boards can be easily cut using a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw. Appropriate PPE should always be worn when handling or installing insulated plasterboard.
