Thermal Performance: The PIR foam core has a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, while the fire shield plasterboard layer has a thermal conductivity of 0.24 W/mK, improving the overall thermal efficiency of the installation.

Vapour Control: The board features a composite kraft facing on both sides, which incorporates an integral vapour barrier to help reduce the risk of condensation, ensuring a durable and effective insulation solution.

Versatility: Suitable for a variety of wall types in both refurbishment and new build projects, this drylining board is ideal for receiving a plaster finish or for direct decoration, offering flexibility in design and application.

Ease of Installation: Xtratherm XT/TL-FR insulated plasterboard can be easily cut to size using a sharp knife or fine-toothed saw. It is important to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling the board to ensure safety.

Note: For applications requiring a 60-minute fire rating, an additional layer of fire plasterboard can be applied over the Unilin XT/TL-FR insulated plasterboard.
