The Kay-Metzeler Kay-Cel 100mm EPS 70 Expanded Polystyrene Flooring Insulation Board is a versatile, cost-effective, and durable insulation solution. It's thermally efficient, fully CFC and HCFC-free, and ideal for a range of applications, particularly in residential buildings.

This 100mm Polystyrene EPS Insulation Board is perfect for installation above concrete slabs or precast concrete floors in domestic ground-floor construction, topped with chipboard to meet Building Regulations U-value requirements.

The EPS 70 2400mm x 1200mm x 100mm sheets are moisture-resistant, rot-proof, and resistant to bacteria, mould, and fungi. They are also non-toxic, non-irritant, and odourless, making them compatible with most building materials.

Kay-Metzeler Kay-Cel Polystyrene is available in various grades, including EPS 70, EPS 100, up to EPS 500, and Kay-Cel Super-Plus Polystyrene Insulation.

Both EPS 70 and EPS 100 are premium 100mm expanded polystyrene products, offering excellent thermal insulation.

Characteristics

• Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is moisture-resistant and compatible with most building materials, excluding those containing solvents.
• 100mm EPS is rot-proof, resistant to bacteria, mold, and fungi, and is non-toxic, non-irritating, and odorless.
• 100mm EPS does not contain CFCs or HCFCs, but it is combustible when tested according to BS476: Part 4 and will ignite when exposed to a flame.
