The 100mm CavityTherm CT/PIR wall insulation board is an advanced composite panel featuring an enhanced PIR core with an impressive lambda value of 0.021W/mK. These boards are equipped with gas-tight facings, with one side bonded to a profiled HIPS skin during production to establish a drainage plane. The unique engineered profiled facing of 100mm CavityTherm effectively channels any potential moisture infiltration from the external wall downwards along the protective facing, redirecting it onto the external layer. This design offers enhanced safeguarding against wind-driven rain.

Furthermore, the 100mm Xtratherm full Fill Insulation Board is designed with specially crafted rebated edge details on all four sides, facilitating a tight interlocking system upon installation.
