Description

100mm Unilin XtroLiner XtroDeck XO/XD boasts embossed aluminum facings on both sides. This product is an integral component of Unilin's extensive collection of high-performance flat roof insulation boards, offering complete solutions for various flat roof projects.

The 100mm Unilin XtroLiner XtroDeck XO/XD board features a core composed of modified polyisocyanurate (PIR Insulation), which is bonded to facings made of embossed aluminium foil with low emissivity. This construction leads to outstanding insulation performance and remarkable thermal conductivity. The 100mm Unilin XtroLiner XtroDeck XO/XD insulation board is well-suited for use with bituminous based roofing systems that include self-adhered underlays featuring heat-activated cap sheets. Additionally, it is free from CFC and HCFC, and its production adheres to the highest standards of ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

Falls

The fall on a flat roof should be designed to ensure that rainfall does not pond.

Roof Loading

100mm XtroDeck is suitable for use on roof decks that are subject to limited maintenance foot traffic. Walkways should be provided on roofs requiring regular pedestrian access. When the roof is complete, protective boarding should be laid if additional site work is to be carried out.

Roof Finish

Built up roofing insulation systems should be finished with a suitable reflective layer such as chippings. Advice should be sought from system manufacturer.

Fire Performance

The fire rating for the roof system when tested to EN 13501-5 and BS 476 Part 3 ‘External Fire Exposure Roof Test’ will be dependent upon system specified.
