The RAWLPLUG R-TFIX-8S is a high-performance, screw-in façade fixing designed for versatility across all base materials. Its innovative sleeve compression zone ensures quick, easy, and precise installation in various substrates (Categories A, B, C, D, and E). The extended plastic moulding over the screw minimizes thermal bridging, enhancing energy efficiency. Additionally, its plate stiffness (0.6 kN/mm) guarantees a smooth elevation surface and a stable insulation system. The unique design provides high load-bearing capacity, reducing the number of fixings required per square meter of insulation. For added convenience, the screw comes pre-assembled, saving time during installation.

Intended Uses The R-TFIX-8S is suitable for all substrate categories and features a unique sleeve compression zone and plastic over-mould, significantly reducing thermal bridging and improving energy efficiency. Approved substrate categories include:

1. Category A: Concrete C12/15–C50/60, External wall panels of concrete C16/20–C50/60
2. Category B: Solid Brick, Solid Sand-lime Brick
3. Category C: Hollow Brick, Hollow Sand-lime Brick, Vertically perforated clay block, Lightweight Concrete Block
