92.5mm Mannok Therm Laminate-Kraft / MLK PIR is a premium 80mm insulation board bonded to 12.5mm plasterboard that is completely free of fiber. It is equipped with a kraft paper facing on one side and plasterboard attached to the other side, making it an excellent choice for insulation purposes.
One of its main advantages is its ability to be used beneath rafters, reducing heat loss through the roof and preventing thermal bridging through the rafters. Moreover, Mannok Therm Laminate-Kraft / MLK PIR insulation is equipped with a paper facer that makes it suitable for use in dry-lining applications, which can be secured in place using either dot-and-dab adhesive or mechanical fixings.
Formerly known as 92.5mm Quinn Therm insulated plasterboard QL-Kraft, Mannok Therm Laminate-Kraft / MLK PIR is the perfect solution for those seeking a high-performance insulation board with excellent thermal properties.

92.5mm Mannok Insulated Plasterboard QL-Kraft rigid insulation is an ideal choice for both new construction projects and refurbishment projects, specifically for use in internal dry lining and beneath rafters in roofs.
With its low thermal conductivity, QL-Kraft minimizes the required thickness to achieve the desired U-value, making it an efficient and cost-effective solution. Additionally, QL-Kraft allows for thermal insulation and internal finishing to be completed in a single operation, streamlining the insulation process and reducing labor costs.
The construction of Quinn Therm QL-Kraft involves a 80mm PIR foam core that is bonded to either 12.5mm or 9.5mm* plasterboard, along with composite kraft paper facings. The high thermal performance and strength of QL-Kraft are derived from the gas-filled cells within the foam core, while the kraft facing facilitates direct bonding of the boards to the wall.
to ISO 14001 - Environmental Management Systems, Quinn Therm boasts an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero and a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than 5. QL-Kraft, in particular, has earned an A+ rating when evaluated against BRE's Green Guide.
